Marsala chicken: how to make it in a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
1 pound chicken breastΒ
1/3 cup flour
Salt
Black pepper
1 shallot, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
9 oz Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
3 tbsp whipping cream
1 tbsp Butter

METHOD
Cut chicken halves in half lengthwise, cover with plastic wrap over the chicken and pound until ΒΌ inch thick.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour.
In a large skillet heat 1 tbsp oil and add the chicken, cook on both sides until browned. Set aside.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil, cook the onion and garlic for 2 minutes until tender. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
Add marsala wine and cook for 1-2 minutes to burn the alcohol. Add the chicken broth, and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the whipping cream and butter.Β Return chicken back in the sauce and continue to cook for about 1-2 minutes.
