Flan Pâtissier: the tasty and creamy dessert recipe

Ingredients:
Base:
150 gr flour
75 gr butter
10 cl of water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 pinch of salt
Cream:
70 cl milk
70 gr cornstarch
4 eggs
130g sugar
1 berry of vanilla
Directions:
Mix the flour with the butter, then add the sugar, salt and water. Knead until mixture is soft and uniform. let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Cream: heat the milk and flavor it with vanilla. Separately mix eggs and sugar, then add the starch. Pour the warm milk and stir, returned to the pot and thicken.
Roll out the dough in a buttered pan, pour the cream and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
