Homemade yogurt: the simple steps to have it perfect and creamy
published on 7 February, 2019 at 11:35
Ingredients:
1 l skimmed milk
150g white yogurt
6 sterilized jars
Steel pans
Wool blanket
Directions:
Pour the milk into the pot and bring it to a boil. As the milk begins to form a foam on the surface, leave it on the stove for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Allow it to cool (even in a bain-marie) and then add the yogurt and stir. Pour the mixture into the jars and place them in the pot without cap. Cover with a cloth and then with the lid of the pot, wrap it in the warm blanket. Leave to heat for 6 or 8 hours, then close your jars and store in the fridge for 10 days.
