Sweet ricotta fritters: an alternative dessert that you will love

Ingredients:
700g ricotta
2 large eggs
All-purpose flour
Sugar
Olive oil
Directions:
Beat the eggs and cut the ricotta into fairly thick slices.
Heat about 400 ml of olive oil, coat the ricotta slices into the flour and then into the eggs. Fry and sprinkle with sugar.
