Chicken nuggets:
Ingredients
400 g minced chicken
18 mini mozzarella
2 eggs
200 g flour
200 g bread crumbs
oil for frying

Method
Put the meet in the lemon squeezer as in the video, leaving the hole in the middle.
Put baby mozzarella in it and seal with more minced chicken.
Freeze the nuggets.
Dip them in flor, then eggs and finally in bread crumbs.
Fry in the deep oil for couple minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve hot nuggets with your favorite sauce.

INGREDIENTS
2 chicken filets
150 g mozzarella cheese
200 g bacon
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs

METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cut the chicken breast in half and thin it.
Put piece of mozzarella cheese on the top of the each filet and roll it up.
Now roll the rolls in bacon.
Dip every roll in flour, egg and lastly in bread crumbs.
Place the rolls on baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

600 g chicken breasts (sliced)
350 g edamer cheese
350 g ham
1 liter béchamel sauce
200 g flour
200 g bread crumbs
5 eggs
oil for frying
Method
Line chicken in a plum cake mould.
Start topping it with one layer of cheese, one of ham and one of béchamel as in the video.
Seal the cake with some more chicken and put it in a freezer overnight.
Put the chicken brick in flour, then eggs and finally in bread crumbs.
Put the brick in heated oil and fry it for couple of minutes on each side.
Serve hot and enjoy!
