Ricotta and hazelnut cake: the dessert that will please every palate

Ingredients:
500g ricotta cheese
4 eggs
230g sugar
100g hazelnuts
100g walnuts
250g dark chocolate
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
pinch of salt
Directions:
Divide eggs and egg whites. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Then beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the ricotta, ground hazelnuts and walnuts, dark chocolate, and combine the egg whites.

Pour the mixture into a cake pan, cover with peanuts and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 60 minutes.
