The recipe for an excellent Catalan cream: the tasty dessert

Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
30 gr cornstarch
120 g sugar
500 ml milk
1 vanilla pod
Cinnamon powder (q.b.)
1 lemon zest

Preparation:
Dissolve the starch in a little milk, then pour the rest into a pot. Add cinnamon, vanilla and lemon peel, bring to the fire. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar and then add the loose milk starch. Pour the boiling milk and stir, then bring to the heat and thicken.
Pour the cream into terracotta containers, sprinkle brown sugar and caramelize with the professional burner.
