Rum cherry coconut balls: a special flavor for each one

Ingredients:
500 g crushed biscuits
100 g butter (room temperature)
100 g powdered sugar
200 ml cherry juice
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 rum extract (38 ml)
vanilla
cherry
desiccated coconut
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients, then add vanilla, butter, rum and cherry juice. Combine well and then make some balls, fill withe cherry. Put into the coconut and let them cool. Serve and enjoy.
