Homemade Cannelloni With Tomato Sauce: A Really Tasty Filling

Ingredients:
Dough:
4 eggs
2 tbsp milk
9 tbsp all-purpose flour
10g salt
Filling:
500g ground beef
300g mozzarella
400g ricotta
20 g grated cheese
200 gr tomato sauce
Preparation:
Brown the minced meat in a pan with oil and salt. Then mix it with mozzarella and ricotta.
Whip the eggs with salt and then add the sifted flour and milk. Cook in a non-stick pan, stuffed and rolled.
Place the cannelloni in a pan alternating two layers of sauce, cover with the cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
