Chocolate and ground hazelnut cake: a creamy, easy-to-make dessert

Ingredients:
For brownie:
100g sugar
80g dark chocolate
80g butter
60g all-purpose flour
30 g of chopped hazelnuts
20g cocoa powder
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
For filling:
Mascarpone 250g
2 tbsp hazelnut cream
70g ground hazelnuts
For Topping:
80g hot whipped cream
80g ground dark chocolate
ground hazelnuts
Directions:
Mix cocoa powder, baking powder and flour, then pour the eggs, sugar, butter and melted chocolate in the planetary mixer. Finally add the dry mixtures and the hazelnuts. Put the batter in the pan and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 20 minutes.
Mix the mascarpone with the hazelnut cream and hazelnuts, poured on the cooked base. Finally melt the chocolate in the cream and pour on the cake. Add the ground hazelnuts.
