Cookie Shot Glasses:
Ingredients:
160g Brown Sugar.
200g Softened Butter.
110g Caster Sugar
1 Egg Yolk.
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract.
250g Flour.
75g Chocolate chips.
100g Melted Chocolate.

Instructions:
Cream together the caster sugar, brown sugar and softened butter.
Beat in the vanilla and egg yolk.
Sift in the flour and beat to form a cookie dough before folding in the chocolate chips.
Take your moulds and line with butter or release spray and then press firmly in the cookie batter so it is 7-10mm thick and forms a cup.
Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes.
Line the cookie cups with a cupcake paper and then add some baking beans or dried beans and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Now cool completely before removing the beans and paper mould, which you need to do carefully.
No flip over the mould and a few taps and the cups should pop out.
Line the cookie cups with melted chocolate ensuring they are completely lined and cool completely.
Fill with the drink of your choice and enjoy.

1 cup mascarpone;
1 white cake, cut into circles;
½ cup cold coffee;
3 chocolate covered pretzels;
cocoa powder.

Instructions
Melt dark chocolate and pour it into a cup. Tilt and rotate the cup to cover all sides evenly. Let the chocolate set in freezer.
Remove paper cup. Dip chocolate pretzel in some chocolate and make a teacup handle placing it on the side of the cup.
Put 1 cake round in, pour some coffee on top, add cream and repeat until cup is full.
Decorate with cocoa powder sifted on top.

DIRECTIONS
Roll out the shortcrust pastry ( not too thin) and cut out some flowers with a cookie cutter. Carefully place each flower into a cupcake mold leaving the petals outside the cup.
With a fork, put some holes in the bottom of each flower. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Let them cool and fill them with anything you like.
