Pasta nests:
INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS
1. Cover the sheet of lasagna pasta with bechamel, cheese, ham and mushrooms.
2. Roll it up and then slice it into small rolls
3. Pour some bechamel into a baking dish and then place the lasagna rolls over it.
4. Cover with more bechamel and Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

1. Microwave the potatoes for 7 minutes, then slice them.
2. Place the sliced potatoes in a cake pan and cover them with a layer of mushrooms and cheese and continue alternating the different ingredients. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
3. Weave the bacon together. Cut it out into size and shape of the cake pan.
4. Place the bacon on top of the pie and bake at 180°C for 15 more minutes.

3. Let it chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes and then roll it up in a sheet of puff pastry.
4. Brush the top with egg yolk and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
