Meat ravioli:
Ingredients:
25 gyoza wrappers;
2/3 cup cabbage, chopped;
2/3 cup mushrooms, chopped;
500 g (1 pound) minced meat (pork or chicken);
¼ cup green onion, chopped;
1 tbsp ginger paste;
salt to taste.

Instructions
Combine all ingredients for the filling together.
Brush the sides of each gyoza wrap with some water, place a teaspoonful of filling and form dumpling making folds as shown on the video.
Coat pan with a little bit of vegetable oil and fry until dumplings are crispy and golden on the bottom.
Pour some water to cover them ¼ way up, cover with a lid and steam for 7 minutes.

Sushi Donuts:

METHOD
Cut avocado into 4 parts and crush them.
Put sushi rice into donut shapes, spread with green avocado sauce. Get donuts from shapes, make salmon slices, next chop a radish. Chopped radish mix with some oil and leave for 5-7 minutes.
Over a donut lay out avocado slices, chopped radish, salmon slice, some tobiko and sprinkle with sesame and chopped green onion.

Ingredients:
6 eggs;
a pinch of salt;
½ tsp chili flakes;
2 tbsp green onion, sliced;
2 sheets nori;
1 cup cooked and seasoned sushi rice.

Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and chili flakes. Cook eggs for 2-3 minutes until just set.
Roll egg omelet and transfer onto a nori sheet, wrap to cover completely.
Cover another nori sheet with cooked rice. Place egg roll on top and make a regular roll.
Cut into pieces and serve with soy sauce on the side.
