Pizza Parigina Recipe: Simply Delicious

Ingredients:
1 Roll Pizza Dough
1 Roll Puff Pastry
150g ham
200g smoked cheese
200g tomato sauce
Salt to taste
1 egg yolk
Directions:
In a rectangular pan, roll out the pizza dough and fill with tomato, smoked cheese and ham. Add the salt and cover with the layer of puff pastry. Poke holes onto the surface and brush the egg yolk. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 40 minutes.
