3-ingredient Cotton Cheesecake: Fluffy And Ready In A Few Minutes

Ingredients:
3 eggs
120g white chocolate
120g cream cheese
Directions:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, then whip the egg yolks with the cream cheese. Separately whisk the egg whites and add the melted white chocolate. Add everything, mix and pour into a pan. Place in another larger pan and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15 minutes, then at 160°C (320°F) for another 15 minutes.
