Fried zeppole with ricotta: serve them with chocolate and you'll drive everyone crazy

Ingredients:
300g all-purpose flour
100g fresh ricotta
80g sugar
2 eggs
20ml limoncello
1 tsp baking powder
Oil for deep frying
Sugar
Directions:
In a bowl, mix ricotta and sugar, then add limoncello and eggs. Gradually add the flour and combine it completely, then add the yeast and knead the dough by hand. Form the zeppoline and deep fry in hot oil. Coat them in sugar and you can also fill them with hazelnut cream.
