Flourless Ricotta Cake: A Creamy, Delicious Dessert

Ingredients:
350g fresh ricotta
250g sugar
3 eggs
15g limoncello
500g milk
200g semolina flour
100g water
30g butter
The peel of an orange and a lemon
Directions:
Mix together ricotta and sugar, then add the limoncello and eggs in the mixer. In a saucepan pour the milk, water, butter and zest. Bring to a boil and add the semolina, thicken. Add to the mixture with the ricotta and combine. Pour the mixture into a 24 cm diameter cake pan. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 45-50 minutes.
