Bubble bread: your kids will love it

Ingredients:
50 gr Flour
2 tsp Dry Yeast
1 tbs Sugar
200 ml Water
90 g sour cream
2 tsp Dry Yeast
1 tbs Sugar
200 ml Water

100 ml Oil
450g Flour
1.5 tsp salt
15g Butter
450g Flour
1.5 tsp salt
15g Butter
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and dry yeast, stir and add water. After 10 minutes add the cream, oil and the rest of ingredients. Cover it for 40min to make the dough at least doubled. Form very small dough balls and put on a sheet of butter. "Bubble" effect will be better if all balls are different. Let it cover rising for the next 40 minutes and bake it for 15 min at 200 C.
