Turkey and zucchini meat loaf: light and tasty

Ingredients:
280g turkey breast
320g zucchini
2 slices white bread
3 tbsp grated cheese
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 to 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
4 slices chicken
Charterhouse q.b.
4 slices stringy cheese
Olive oil
Directions:
Blend the turkey with zucchini and bread. Then add cheese, egg, salt and breadcrumbs. Roll out the dough on parchment paper, stuff it and roll it up. Cover with breadcrumbs and a drizzle of oil. Bake at 220°C (440°F) for 30 minutes.
