Creamy trofie with bacon, walnuts and saffron: everyone's going to ask for more

Ingredients:
400g trofie
150g bacon
200g chopped walnuts
1 onion
Grated cheese
100g smoked cheese
1 béchamel sauce package
Saffron to taste
Directions:
Dice the onion and brown it with a little olive oil, then add the bacon.
Heat the béchamel sauce with saffron for a few minutes.
Cook the pasta and then add all the ingredients and mix in a large pot. Pour the mixture into a pan and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
