Curry bread with cheese spinach dip: fluffy and tasty

Ingredients:
Bread:
1 cup warm water (250 ml)
2 tbsp honey (40 gr)
2 1/4 tsp dry yeast (7 gr)
3 cup bread flour (390 gr)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
Dip:
4.5 oz frozen spinach (130 gr)
5.3 oz shredded mozzarella (150 gr)
5.3 oz shredded cheddar (150 gr)
2/3 cup sour cream (160 ml)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp curry powder
some melted butter for brushing

Directions:
Melt the yeast and honey into the water, then mix the dry ingredients. Combine all together and let it rise. Then make the balls and place them into a mold, let it rise for 30 minutes.
Dip: Chop the spinach and mix all into a bowl.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
