Homemade taralli with fennel recipe

Ingredients:
500g all-purpose flour
150g water
120g seed oil
100ml white wine
20g fennel
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the flour with all the liquid ingredients. Finally add the fennel and mix to the dough. Cut small pieces and shape the taralli. Once ready, cook them in boiling water, as soon as they come to the surface remove them and put them to dry on a kitchen towel. After they have dried up bake for about 15/20 minutes at 180° C/ 350° F.
