Coconut sponge cake: the fluffiest dessert ever

Ingredients:
5 glasses (plastic) of flour
2 glasses (plastic) of sugar
Vanillin
1 glass seed oil
1 glass of coconut flour
3 glass of water
1 package of baking powder

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients (apart from the baking powder) in a bowl or in the mixer. Once you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, add the sifted yeast. Pour the mixture into a cake tin and bake at 340°F (170°) for 40-45 minutes.
