Cheesecake balls: a no bake bites recipe!

Ingredients:
240 g (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature;
¼ cup sugar;
1 tbsp cream;
½ red velvet cake.
¼ cup sugar;
1 tbsp cream;

Instructions
Whisk cream cheese with sugar and cream until smooth and no sugar crystals left.
Freeze cream cheese mixture for 1 hour.
Meanwhile crumble ½ of the red velvet cake in a large bowl.
Remove chilled mixture and form 6 balls using ice cream scoop.
Cover all of the ball with crumbled cake and chill in fridge for 15 minutes more before serving.
