How to prepare a delicious cheesy vegan spinach pasta

Ingredients:
200g pasta
1/2 cup raw cashews
1 cup pasta water
250 ml juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2-3 Tbsp BBQ sauce
1 cup non dairy milk
1 small onion
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 cup or more of spinach
spices of your choice
Directions:
Put the cashews into water then blend them with lemon juice, milk, yeast, pasta water and bbq sauce.
In a pan cook the onion and garlic, then mix with sauce and spinach. Finally add pasta and serve.
