Meatballs in broth: a cozy, tasty dish

Ingredients:
Broth:
Celery
Carrot
Basil
1/2 onion
5 tomatoes
3 liters water
salt
500g ground beef
100g grated cheese
2 eggs
Basil
Parsley
Garlic
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
salt
500g ham quadrucci or tortellini
Preparation:
Pour the water into a pot and add celery, carrot, onion, tomatoes and salt. Cook for at least 40 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the meat with cheese, eggs, basil, parsley, minced garlic, breadcrumbs and salt. Mix everything and shape the meatballs. Filter the broth and cook the meatballs on the inside. After a short while, add the pasta.
