How to prepare vegetarian enchiladas: you'll love them

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Whole Onion
1 Big Green Pepper
1/2 Cup Green Onions
Salt to Taste
1 Tsp Dried Parsley
2 Tsp of each Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Red Chili Flakes
1 Tsp Cumin and Black pepper
2 Cans Beans
15 Small Flour Tortilla
1 Big can or 3 Small cans of Enchilada Sauce
2 Cups Fiesta Blend Cheese
1/4 Cup Olives Few Jalapenos
Green Onions to top the enchiladas (Optional)
Directions:
In a saucepan cook with oil the onion, green pepper, salt, parsley, spices and bean. Grill the tortillas and fill them with the mixture. Roll and cover with olives, cheese and sauce. Bake at 375°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
