How to prepare the thumbprint cookies: very delicious

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter unsalted and softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts toasted and finely chopped
1/4 cup raspberry jam
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter unsalted and softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts toasted and finely chopped
1/4 cup raspberry jam
Directions:
In a bowl combine the flour and salt together. Add the butter and brown sugar then mix until light and fluffy, finally add egg yolk and vanilla. Make the balls and put into egg white and chopped walnut. Press each balls and fill with jam, bake at 350°F (180°) for 8 minutes.
