Ingredients:
175 g of dark chocolate

Directions:
Separate egg yolks and whites, then beat the egg yolks with sugar. Melt the butter with the chocolate and add it to the egg yolks, then also mix the bitter cocoa. Whisk the egg whites and add them to the rest, poured into a 25 cm diameter mold. Bake at 400°F (210°) for 15-20 minutes.
