Cheeseburger Onion Rings:
INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ lb cheddar cheese
1 large white onion
1 cup flour
5 eggs, beaten
3 cups panko bread crumbs
Oil
Ketchup
1 tsp salt

Ketchup
Mix together the ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Slice it and detach the rings from each other.
Press spoonful of the beef into the bottom of a ring.
Push a cheddar into the center of the beef
Seal the top with spoonful of the beef, pressing it flat
Dip a ring into the flour
Into the egg
Into the bread crumbs
Into to the eggs
Into the breadcrumbs
Fry the rings for 5-6 minutes
Serve it with ketchup!

Ingredients
1 Onion
8 Mozzarella sticks
20 Bacon strips
1 cup BBQ sauce

Method
Cut an onion into rings.
Put a Mozzarella in a ring’s shape.
Cover donuts by bacon.
Lay out donuts on the baking sheet and grease with some BBQ sauce.
Bake at 180C/350F for 10-12 min.

Avocado onion rings:
Ingredients:
Guacamole:
2 avocados;
1/3 cup red onion, chopped;
1/3 cup tomatoes, chopped;
1 ½ tsp pickled jalapeno, minced;
1 tbsp lime juice;
1 tbsp parsley, chopped;
salt and pepper to taste.

vegetable oil for frying.
Dredging:

1 tsp cumin;
1 tsp paprika;
1 tsp chili powder;
2 eggs;
1 cup tortilla chips, crushed;
1 cup breadcrumbs.
Sauce:
2/3 cup sour cream;
1/3 cup mayonnaise;
2 tbsp parsley, chopped;
1 tbsp pickled jalapeno, minced.
Guacamole:
2 avocados;
1/3 cup red onion, chopped;
1/3 cup tomatoes, chopped;
1 ½ tsp pickled jalapeno, minced;
1 tbsp lime juice;
1 tbsp parsley, chopped;
salt and pepper to taste.
