Poke holes onto the shortcrust pastry with a straw and make delicious cookies

Ingredients:

Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar
Flower mold
Drinking straw
Directions:
Once the pastry has been prepared, roll it out and cut out many flowers. Then poke holes with a straw and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
Once cooked, stuffed and sprinkled with icing sugar.
