How to make amazing desserts in a pan!

Frying pan muffins:
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
120g sugar
salt
50g yogurt
130g flour
80ml milk
2 tsp baking powder
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat together the eggs, sugar and salt. Add the yogurt, flour, milk and the baking powder. Beat well.
2. Pour the batter into muffin molds.
3. Place the muffin molds into a pan with a bit of water, cover with a lid and let them cook for at least 20 minutes.
4. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.

for the dough:

350g flour
8g baking powder
hazelnut spread, as needed
powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat together the egg, sugar, and milk. Add the flour and baking powder.
2. Divide the dough into two parts and roll them out.
3. Place the first sheet of dough onto a pan and add the hazelnut cream.
4. Cover with the remaining dough and cook on low heat, flipping it over halfway through.
5. Dust with powdered sugar.

1. Beat together the eggs, salt and vanilla extract. Mix in the sugar, butter, milk, and flour.
2. Once you’ve obtained a smooth batter, pour one spoonful of it onto a hot pan.
3. Spread it out to make a large wafer and cook each side for about 4 minutes.
4. Roll it up to form the cone as soon as you remove it from the pan.
5. Once the cone has set, garnish it with chocolate and chopped almonds.
