Lemon sponge cake: the fluffiest dessert you'll ever eat

Ingredients:
2 large lemons
4 eggs
100g sugar
90g plain flour
½ tsp baking powder
40ml corn oil
70ml lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
Directions:
Squeeze to lemons and beat the eggs with sugar. Then add flour, baking powder, oil, lemon juice and lemon zest. Pour into the mold and place it into a baking tray with hot water. Bake at 300°F (150°) for 60 minutes.
