Lemon loaf recipe: the fluffy dessert with a unique flavor

Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 Cup Greek Yoghurt | Sour Cream | Buttermilk
¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Tablespoons Lemon Zest
2 Tablespoons Lemon Extract
½ Oil
1½ Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Icing Sugar | Powdered Sugar
2-3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Directions:
Mix eggs and yogurt, then add sugar, lemon zest, lemon extract, oil, flour, baking powder and salt. Pour into a mold and bake at 350°F (175°) for 50-55 minutes. Then mix sugar and lemon juice and cover the cake.
