Chocolate Peppermint 'Linzer' Cookie: the recipe

Ingredients:
8 oz. butter at room temperature
½ cup granulated sugar
2 ½ cups flour
½ cup cocoa
8 oz. white chocolate
2 small candy canes, finely crushed
Directions:
Mix together the dry ingredient and then add the butter. Put the dough into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Then spread it, cut and use a star mold to make the shape. Bake at 325°F (160°) for 20 minutes.
Filling: melt the candy canes with white chocolate and fill the cookies.
