Pear mousse with chocolate heart: an explosion of taste

Ingredients:
600 grams pears
50 gr sugar
1 lemon
600 g whipping cream
1 cup of coffee
50 ml milk
150 g dark chocolate
Vanilla extract

Directions:
Cut the pears and cook with sugar and lemon juice. Once cooked pass them in the mixer to blend them.
Melt the chocolate with coffee, milk and vanilla extract.
Whip the cream and mix the pears, put the mousse in the molds and stuffed with chocolate. Leave in the fridge for 3 or 4 hours.
