Potato mini-pizzas:
INGREDIENTS

cheese
rosemary
mortadella
olive oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Slice the potatoes into thick slices. Season with salt, pepper, rosemary and olive oil.
2. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
3. Fill with cheese and mortadella.
4. Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes.

Zucchini pizza bites:
Ingredients/Materials:
● 1 large zucchini
● Oven tray
● Pizza sauce
● Mozzarella
● Mini pepperoni
● Olive oil
● Dried oregano
Method:
Cut the zucchini into 1 cm slices and place them on the oven tray. Use a brush to cover the slices with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes at 360F. Put some pizza sauce on each zucchini slice, then top with mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni. Sprinkle over some dried oregano. Bake for 10 minutes at 360F.
