Peanut butter pancakes: you have to try these!

These peanut butter pancakes are super tasty and easy to make. They are rich in proteins and, together with a nice glass of orange juice or milk, are a great way to start your day!
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
60g sugar
2 vegetable oil
250ml milk
200g flour
1 tsp baking powder

DIRECTIONS
1. Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add the vegetable oil.
2. Gradually mix in the milk and flour.
3. Lastly, add the baking powder. Mix well.
4. Cook the pancakes in a buttered pan.
5. While cooking, place the peanut butter over the pancake and then add more batter on top.
6. Cook both sides well and serve hot.

Alternatives:
Why not try the chocolate version? If you make a giant pancake you’ll make everyone happy!
If you don’t want to get too many spoons and bowls dirty, why not try pancakes in a bottle? they’ll be ready in no time, and if you don’t use all the batter you can easily keep it in the refrigerator for a couple of days
