Chicken skewers:
INGREDIENTS
cheese
chicken breast
flour, as needed
eggs, as needed
breadcrumbs, as needed
DIRECTIONS
1. Slice the cheese into rectangles and slide them onto the skewers.
2. Slice the chicken breast into strips and wrap it around the piece of cheese.
3. Cover with the flour, dip it in beaten egg and finally cover in breadcrumbs.
4. Deep fry for a few minutes or until golden. Or, you can also bake them at 180°C for about 25 minutes.

2. Place the slices next to one another and slide them onto skewers.
3. Cover them with flour, egg and then breadcrumbs.
4. Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes or deep fry them.

Cheesesteak:
Ingredients:
½ sandwich bread;
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped;
1 red bell pepper, chopped;
1 green bell pepper, chopped;
½ red onion, chopped;
250g (1/2 pound) beef steak, thinly sliced;
4 slices of cheese, cut in half;
olive oil for frying.

Instructions
Cut bottom side of sandwich bread and cut out the center of the bread.
Slice cut out piece in half and roll both halves to compress them.
Fry sliced beef for 3 minutes on both sides over the high heat. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper.
Separately fry all the veggies: onions for 3-4 minutes, peppers for about 10 minutes. Don’t forget about seasoning.
Place one hollowed bread piece into the bread box. Layer all of the sides with cheese. Fill The box with steak, peppers and onion. Cover with another hollowed bread piece and leftover cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180C/350F. Insert skewers and cut into quarters.
