Ham and Cheese cones:
Ingredients
20 crustlesss toast bread
200 g ham slices
200 g cheese slices
250 g shreded mozzarella cheese
parsley and bechamel sauce for serving
Directions
Cut cheese and ham into cubes.
Roll out toast bread with rolling pin.
Make cons as in the video.
Fill cons with ham and cheese and arrange them in circle and in two levels, and dont forget to put the shredded cheese between two levels and on the top.
Bake for 15 minutes on 200 degrees.
Serve warm with bechamel sauce sprinkled with parsley.

The sandwich bread cake:
INGREDIENTS
1 bag of sandwich bread
150g ham
200g provola cheese
cherry tomatoes
oregano
70g Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
béchamel
50g fontina cheese
1 bag of sandwich bread
150g ham
200g provola cheese
cherry tomatoes
oregano
70g Parmesan cheese

béchamel
50g fontina cheese
DIRECTIONS
Spread the béchamel onto the slices of bread and place them in a pan so they form a wreath. Between each slice of bread put the ham, provola cheese and the tomatoes. Beat the eggs together with some béchamel, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the sandwich bread cake. Add oregano and some fontina cheese and bake at 200°C for at least 30 minutes.

Meatball stuffed pull-apart bread:
INGREDIENTS
pizza dough
meatballs
egg yolk, beaten
sesame seeds
200g tomato puree
salt
basil
DIRECTIONS
1. Start by preparing the meatballs with ground beef and spices. Pan fry them.
2. Let them cool and place them on the pizza dough.
3. Make three ‘ropes’ and wrap them around a ring mold.
4. Brush the surface with an egg yolk wash.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over it and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
6. Serve together with some homemade tomato sauce for dipping.
