How to prepare a mouthwatering Christmas dessert: angels wings

Ingredients:
1/2 lb flour
5 oz sour cream
2 tsp powder sugar
1 1/2 oz butter or margarine
3 egg yolks
1 pinch of salt
Oil
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients and make a uniform dough. Put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then cut the angel wings as the video shows and fry them.
