Brioche bread star with hazelnut cream: a sweet treat perfect anytime

Ingredients:
120ml lukewarm milk
120ml water
5g sugar
7g instant yeast
450g all-purpose flour
Salt to taste
100g sugar
45g butter
2 egg for brushing
hazelnut cream for filling
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Directions:
Add the water to the milk and dissolve the yeast with 5 grams of sugar. Combine the rest of the ingredients and add the previously prepared yeast mix until you have a soft dough. Cover and leave to rise. Divide it into 4 parts, spread and form circles. Overlap and fill with hazelnut cream. Cut along the sides and shape a star by folding them. Brush the top, then bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
