Fried chicken:
INGREDIENTS
chicken breast
130ml milk
salt
pepper
150g plain yogurt
lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix the milk and yogurt together, add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let the chicken marinate in this mixture for 60 minutes.
2. Mix the flour together with the herbs and spices and use it to bread the chicken.
3. Deep fry in hot oil

2. Put each chicken rectangle on a skewer and cover it in the egg.
3. Crumble the cereal, combine with the breadcrumbs and use them to bread the chicken.
4. Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes until golden brown.

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste;
1 tsp turmeric;

½ tsp chili powder;
2 tbsp rice flour;
vegetable oil for frying;
sauce for serving.

Instructions
Mix chicken slices with lemon juice, generous pinch of salt, garlic paste, spices and rice flour.
Preheat oil to 180C/350F. Fry chicken pieces in small batches for about 7-10 minutes (depends on the size).
Place chicken on paper towels and then serve with your favorite sauce.
