Baked pork knuckle with new potatoes: a delicious dish

Ingredients:
2 pork knuckles
500g new potatoes
Leek
Salt and pepper
Oregano
Lemon peel
Extra virgin olive oil
White wine
Rosemary, sage, parsley
Directions:
Remove excess fat from the pork knuckles, then sauté in a pan with olive oil. Cut the leeks and blend with parsley, rosemary and sage. Add the minced meat, then pour the white wine and let evaporate. Then add oregano, pepper and salt. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 3 hours. Halfway through cooking, turn the knuckles and add the wine (if they are dry), add the potatoes and finish cooking.
