No-bake chocolate Swiss roll: simple, fast & yummy

Ingredients:
2 packs chocolate biscuits
100g melted butter
200ml milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
200ml melted chocolate
400ml whipping cream
5 tablespoons coconut flour
Directions:
Blend the biscuits and mix with butter, milk, vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth. Spread the mixture on plastic wrap. Fill with whipped cream and coconut flour. Roll up and refrigerate for 3 hours. Then cover with melted chocolate.
