Walnut bread recipe: delicious & soft

Ingredients:
200g semolina flour
200g all-purpose flour 00
200ml lukewarm water
100ml milk
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
15g fresh yeast
1 teaspoon salt
100g walnuts, lightly toasted
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in water and with a teaspoon of sugar. Then add some flour until you get some sort of cream and cover. Let rise in the oven with the light on and off.
Then dissolve a teaspoon of salt in the water and add to the yeast, then add the flour and milk. Finally add the oil and mix until well combined (adding all the flour). Finally add the walnuts and let rise until doubled. Then bake at 200 °C (400°F) for 20 minutes, then at 180°C (360°F) for another 30 minutes.
