Christmas Cheesecake With Pandoro Crust: No-Bake, Yummy Dessert

Ingredients:
200g Pandoro (or cookies)
100g Butter
250g Cream cheese
200ml Cream
50g Powdered sugar
100g Pandoro (or cookies)
Chocolate for decoration
Directions:
Cut the pandoro into more or less large pieces and toast in a pan. Then crumble and mix with the melted butter. Crush in the mold and put in the fridge. Then mix the cheese with the powdered sugar, add the cream and whip. Finally add the 100 grams of crumbled pandoro and pour onto the base. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and then decorate with chocolate.
