Homemade French Baguettes: with a crunchy crust and soft fluffy crumb

Ingredients:
700 gr flour
1/2 tsp instant dried yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
520 g water
Directions:
Whisk the yeast into the flour, then add salt. Pout the water and mix. Cover the dough and let it rise for 45 minutes. Repeat this for 4 times. Divide the dough into four equal pieces.Cover and let them rest for 15 minutes. Form the baguettes manipulating the dough, and place them on a pillow case. Cover and let them rise for 20 minutes. Bake to 200°C for 10 minutes.
