Sweet ravioli with ricotta and almonds: a unique flavor

Ingredients:
Puff pastry:
65g all-purpose flour 0
65g semolina
pinch of salt
65g water
Filling:
2 tablespoons sugar
1 whole egg
180g ricotta
Zest of a lemon
30g almonds
Oil for deep frying
Directions:
In a bowl crush the ricotta, then add the egg, almonds and lemon peel.
Puff pastry: mix the two flours, then add the salt and water. Stir until mixture is smooth, then cut strips and make them very thin. Fill and shape the ravioli, deep fry in boiling oil.
