Sponge Cake Flower With Cream And Chocolate Chips: Simply Delicious

Ingredients:
Sponge cake:
267g eggs, shelled
267g all-purpose flour
217g sugar
15g baking powder
Cream:
350 gr of fresh or vegetable whipped cream
10g honey
100g condensed milk
50g rum, diluted in 50g water
Directions:
Sponge cake: beat the eggs adding the sugar, then sieve and add the flour. Finally add the baking powder and pour the batter into a greased and floured pan. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30-40 minutes (preheated).
In a bowl, mix the cream with condensed milk, honey and chocolate chips. Cut the cake in half and drizzle with rum, fill and close. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate as you prefer.
